Founded in 2026, ATX Global Ventures provides 3PL and warehousing services, wholesale product supply across food, beverage, and general commodity categories, and financed fulfillment for its own ventures and operating partners.
Ownership & Independence Statement
ATX Global Ventures is an independently owned and managed Texas company led by Marcus Vance. While the company maintains family relationships and, at times, commercial ties with other entities in the government contracting space—specifically Lyfe Global Solutions—both companies operate independently. We disclose all related-party relationships in our procurement submissions wherever forms and regulations require it, ensuring full transparency with our buyers and partners.
